Mindfulness, yoga and meditating each week can be very theraputic. I like to also keep myself fit and healthy as I believe Reflexology is a two-way process, you benefit from what I holistically have to give to you. I chair regular Support Groups and development events with fellow Reflexologists to keep up to date with the latest techniques available throughout the year.
